1. Go West on Hwy.91A

2. Take No.6 Road Exit

3. Go North on No.6 Road until Burrows Road (first street going right after Bridgeport)

4. Take a right onto Burrows Road

5. Continue going East on Burrows Road almost all the way to the end 6. Take a left onto Viceroy Place (you'll see the TBC building to the right)

From Vancouver/North Van/Burnaby:

1. South on Knight Street Bridge

2. Take Bridgeport East Exit

3. Continue East on Bridgport until No.6 Road

4. Take a left onto No.6 Road until Burrows Road (first street going right)

5. Take a right onto Burrows Road

6. Continue going East on Burrows Road almost all the way to the end

7. Take a left onto Viceroy Place (you'll see the TBC building to the right)

From Richmond Center:

1. Go North on No.3 Road until Alderbridge Road

2. Make a right onto Alderbridge Road

3. Go East on Alderbrige until Shell Road

4. Turn left onto Shell Road

5. Continue North on Shell Road until Bridgeport

6. Take a right at Bridgeport

7. Continue East on Bridgeport until No.6 Road

8. Take a left onto No.6 Road until Burrows Road (first street going right)

9. Take a right onto Burrows Road

10. Continue going East on Burrows Road almost all the way to the end

11. Take a left onto Viceroy Place (you'll see the TBC building to the right)

From Ladner/South Delta/White Rock- Massey Tunnel:

1. Continue going North on Hwy.99 and take Exit 37 onto Hwy.91A

2. Stay in the curb lane, as you'll want the first exit off of Hwy.91A

3. Taking this exit will swoop you around until you're going North on Knight Street

4. Again, stay in the curb lane, as you'll want to take the Bridgeport Exit

5. Turn right at Bridgeport

6. Continue East on Bridgeport until No.6 Road

7. Take a left onto No.6 Road until Burrows Road (first street going right)

8. Take a right onto Burrows Road

9. Continue going East on Burrows Road almost all the way to the end
