Dear TBC:
This is a long overdue letter to express my appreciation to you personally for organizing and facilitating such a spectacular event for our guests.
Initially I approached the concept of holding a reception and a racing event with much trepidation, as I was not sure that my guests would find the venue appropriate. You assured me that the facility and catering could be positioned to host a business cliental. I was still not convinced but decided to have faith in you and you certainly did not disapoint me. The food and beverages were excellent as well as the table arrangements etc. The organization of the race was meticulous and you exhibited great flexibility on the track with demanding crowd of over 100 realtors. The announcer was a great touch.
In fact many of our realtors/brokers contacted me afterwards and said that it was the largest turn out and most fun they have ever experienced at a "broker bash" hosted by a developer. Many have since held functions with you and indicated they loved it. One of them called me last week for information as he wanted to rent the track for his son's seventeenth birthday.
Once again thank you for a superbly orchestrated event.
