GROUP EVENTS

TBC is open 24 Hours a day 7 days a week for your group events. For further information, please contact our sales department between 8:30 to 5PM Monday to Friday or, email your request to sales@ tbcir.ca.

TBC's Group Event Programs bring the excitement of head to head racing to all participants. Before the offical dropping of the Green Flag, all drivers attend a pre-race Drivers' meeting given by our staff.

The briefing covers the operations of the karts, track regulations, flag systems, safety prcedures and, a few driving tips.

SUPER SPRINT RACING

The Super Sprint is an organized race event that brings out the competitive spirit of all individuals. Everyone participates in an introductory Warm Up Race Heat so the drivers can become familiar with the track. The drivers then drive in a Qualifying Race Heat that determines the starting position for all the drivers in the Main Event Heats.

During the Main Event Heats the other group members may cheer for their favorite driver from our designated observation areas around the track. Afterwards all drivers may proceed to the Winners Circle to recognize the winners..

THE ENDURANCE RELAY

Our most competitive "team" building event. Your group divides into teams. Each team will be assigned a specific kart.

The object is to race as a team and be first team to complete a designated number of race laps. The teams will have to communicate action plans, show cooperation in execution, and team support for all members. Each team will be required to make a number of driver changes.

This is our most popular team building event. It brings out several group team dynamics including communications, leadership, and time management.

AWARD AND RECOGNITION CEREMONIES

As part of your group's race experience at TBC, we can offer an awards and presentation ceremony, where the winners stand at our Winners Circle for pictures. Trophies for the winners, Team T-shirts and other racing items are available through your TBC Indoor Racing Account Manager.

These items will make this an event your guests will remember for a long time. We also offer Meeting and Banquet facilities as well as full service catering.

THE SUPER ENDURO

Our most popular choice by our corporate customers. It takes the best of both racing styles and combines it into one spectacular event!

Each individual participant will get the opportunity to have a warm-up and qualifying race. After which, we will put the teams together based on their qualifying race times. This will ensure that there are no "stacked" teams and that the race is as exciting as possible.

Booking Policies:

Exclusive Racing Packages:
Exclusive Racing Packages require 50% deposit at time of booking, payment of the balance is due on the day of the event. Cancelation of Exclusive Racing Packages requires notice of a minimum of 5 working days for full refund of deposit. Cancelations within 5 working days are subject to forfeiture of deposit monies paid. Half Hour Groupon events require Groupon barcode at time of booking and require 5 working days notice for cancellation. Cancellations within 5 days are subject to forfeiture of your Groupon.
**Please Note: Private group event pricing quotes are valid for 30 days.

Public Racing:
Public Racing is available daily (excluding during an Exclusive Racing Event). Walk-ins are welcome, but due to high volume and Exclusive Racing Events reservations are strongly recommended. Public Racing can be pre-purchased at the earliest 2 days prior and requires full payment in advance. Public racing payments are non-refundable and cancelation of Public Racing is subject to forfeiture of all monies paid. Public “Groupon” races can be reserved 2 days in advance and require the Groupon barcode numbers at time of booking. Cancelation of Public Groupon races are subject to forfeiture of the Groupon.
