Booking Policies:

Exclusive Racing Packages:
Exclusive Racing Packages require 50% deposit at time of booking, payment of the balance is due on the day of the event. Cancelation of Exclusive Racing Packages requires notice of a minimum of 5 working days for full refund of deposit. Cancelations within 5 working days are subject to forfeiture of deposit monies paid. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to fee of your Groupon.
**Please Note: Private group event pricing quotes are valid for 30 days.Cancellation policies apply to Groupon vouchers as well

Public Racing:
Public Racing is available daily (excluding during an Exclusive Racing Event). Walk-ins are welcome, but due to high volume and Exclusive Racing Events reservations are strongly recommended. Public Racing can be pre-purchased at the earliest 2 days prior and requires full payment in advance. Public racing payments are non-refundable and cancelation of Public Racing is subject to forfeiture of all monies paid.

Last race is 30 min. prior to closing and you must arrive at the facility at least 60 mins prior to closing to complete the waiver from and view the safety briefing video.
